" ERROR WHEN GENERATING THE WORK SHCEDULE" we have extended the default calender till 2013 and generated the Work schedule rule manually and moved the changes to production.

After moving this changes to producton, employees who are trying to enter leave for any day is currently showing his error

"Attendance/absence 20.07.2010 - 20.07.2010 during non-working period (att./abs.type 0018) "

On the Cats Application Page this is the error

" Working time has been deleted

Attendance/absence 19.07.2010 - 19.07.2010 during non-working period (att./abs.type 0018) "

even wehave tried to enter manually updating 2001 infotype then alo it is saying same error.

please let me know where we have done wrong, this is effecting now 2000 employees in production.

you have given indicators to displays warning message at the time of configureing the absences in Table T554S please uncheck it

Note : if you type this errors in search forum you will get lot of threads related to this issue

Your current error messages seem to indicate that you did not generate all work schedules using your "default calendar", and that you did not test the changes in your QAT environment.

I would suggest you to look if you get the same error messages in your DEV and QAT environments.

If so, try to automatically regenerate all work schedules using your default calendar, from July 2010 until December 2013. That should solve your problem in your DEV environment.

Next, you will need to create a Workbench Transport for the changes you made to your Calendar and release that transport before you release your Customizing Transport (the work schedules generated). Once both transports have been applied in your QAT environment, test again to confirm that the problem has been solved.

Only then should you apply the changes in PRD (an in the same order that they were released).

Next time, it would probably be preferable to generate your work schedules in DEV, and transport them to PRD after testing.

Now, use t-code se16n to look at your work schedules in PRD, and use t-code scmp (or scu0) to compare the generates work schecules between DEV and PRD (or QAT and PRD).
