Document changes history table

Is there any table which is having document changes history (Old and new).

Hi,

tables CDHDR (Change description header) and CDPOS (Change description position) contain all changes that are recorded.

Be careful when accessing/joining these tables, it can lead to huge runtime...

The baseline date has been changed on the document but unable to find the changes in CDPOS. Please suggest.

Hi,

if the baseline date of an accounting document was changed (using FB02,...) this can be sen in FB02 or FB03 / Environment / Document Changes.

Double-click the "baseline pymnt. date" for details.

There we can see the each document individually but I want to see no. of documents at a time. Please help me out.

Hi,

Access to CDHDR table with OBJECTID with structure CLIENT/COMPANYCODE/DOCUMENT/YEAR (with no 'slash') and you will have all the changes done to the documents. Then, take the CHANGENR value (+ the same OBJECTID) and access to CDPOS with this value.

I have given the OBJECTID value and CHANGENR value and executed even I did not get the values. Please suggest.

Hi,

If you succeed to see the changes via FB03 transactions and cannot view them in the tables, then your selection parameters are incorrect. To see the right parameters, you can activate the trace (via ST05) and view changes via FB03 for one document. Then, by checking the trace you will see what you enter wrong when you select data from the table.

Alternatively, use S_ALR_87012293 report for mass view of changed documents.
