SFTP Server to C4C through CPI

Hi

I am new in CPI and C4C, I am busy with integration between an SFTP and C4C Tenant through CPI. I am struggling with getting the iFlow right, not sure of the mapping and which services to call. So a CSV file will be dropped in an SFTP server, the csv contains accounts and individual customers per row, which are related and will need to be linked via a business relationship. The file will then be pulled through CPI and create the account, individual customers and link them through an already created custom business relationship.
