I am using windows 7 32 bit pc. Want to install crystal report runtime 13.0.23 32 bit setup. But during setup crstlv.dll failed to register error comes. Old cyrstal runtime version alredy unistall. Please give needful solution.

Are you trying to install the runtime or the integration with VS?

I trying to install runtime setup.
No, remove the runtime from your PC and then install the EXE, yellow button on the download page, and see if that works.
Make sure you right click on the EXE and select Run As Administrator.
