hey i attained one interview and they asked me the tell me the which are the import phase when we applying patches?

have you read the rules of engagement of the SDN forum? I mean, if you have to answer interview questions it is better for the company that might hire you that you really know what you are being asked rather then just replying sth you've read in the forum.

Thanks for the link. I knew most of that information however there are some great details that are forgotten and some nice programs to use when the phases of the import have SPAM disabled due to short dump issue, because the program is being altered in phases.
I mean you can review logs at the OS level, but reviewing them from SE38 program RSPUTPRT is much nicer
