I have found a Q&A in the archive, where a particular scenario was discussed. The question was the following:
I'm dealing with interest rate instrument with annuity repayment structure. My question is whether it is possible and how to get an interest rate using standard SAP solution, while you know those inputs:
- nominal amount at the beggining;
- number of periods;
- annuity payment, consisting of installment (or nominal repayment) and interest component.
appreciate your help.
There was an answer to it, that it is possible to deal with this situation in transaction manager without a special leasing module, just that its not that sophisticated (as i understand, You have to enter all entries manually, but the postings afterwards are performed automatically according to a schedule). Is this possible? If yes - could anyone comment which t-codes could be used for this?
