Create Purhcase Req : 1

Schedule lines: 1

Create MRP list: 1

Planning Mode : 1

Scheduling : 1

Plannin date : (the date I run the MRP)

    Hello Jose

MRP can delete unfirmed purchase requisitions, whenever it's necessary. Whenever it happens, they are deleted from table EBAN and you won't find them anywhere else. This is the system design because MRP generally handles a large quantity of data and, if those requisitions are kept in table EBAN with the deletion indicator, the size of the table may grow very quickly.

If you run MRP with planning mode 3, all the requisitions are deleted and recreated. If you run it with planning mode 1, they are usually deleted when there is a change in the requirement dates or quantity. SAP note 412736 explains exactly when a planned order/number can be reused by MRP and when it has to be deleted and recreated.

    Regards,

    Caetano
