Hi,
You should know about MS Excel, all input templates, reports are based on Excel and you should
have min., accounting knowledge, as we have to work on various planning scenarios and consolidations
sometimes. As 7.5 is integrated with BO, we require some knowledge on BO like Xcelsious, Webi,
Voyager etc., is required. And if you are good in technical it is more advantageous to write scripts (in SQL).

Hi Akhil,
As a technical consultant, I wont say that lot of programming knowledge is required. However, understanding of SQL and scripts will definitely be an added advantage. You would definitely require the understanding of MS excel. Because all the reports and input schedules are based on excel.
Form the tools perspective, you can go to the below link:

As a functional consultant, I would say the understanding of the business is very essential, The idea of sales planning, cost center planning, CAPEX / OPEX, etc, will be good.
Hope this helps.
