Chaging Status of Root DIR to RELEASED status

I am planning to set a rule in which I am creating a DIR of data type FOL.

Under which I am creating SUB DIR's of different Data Type (Creating BOM Structure) .

Now I want have a check on before setting status of Root DIR to Released, all the child DIR's status should be released.

I feel this is possible only when all the DIR's share same Status network.

For this while creating a DIR of FOL data type that should have a check to have BOM child nodes should have same Status network as that of its parent DIR of Data type FOL.

Hello Arun,

Your requirement can't be met with Standard SAP Configuration with document structure.

Only Document hierarchy allows this kind of check.

You may have to do it through ABAP development for document structure.
