I have an issue asset capitalization date is 01.01.2019 but business going to use from 01.03.2019 and depreciation also should be from March-19, not January. where we can do the necessary changes please let me know.

I have checked in ASO2 in the time-dependent tab there is no option to give similar things I am requesting you to kindly tell me where we can exactly do the changes. The following options are there.

In Time-Dependent Tab

It's the check box that says "asset shutdown". If you check that box the asset won't depreciate.
