What happens if the Security Policy in the C4C Business User is empty?

Hi all,

what happens if the security policy in the C4C Business User is empty?

I tested it and logged on, but I still had to enter a password. What rules are now applied to the password? The policy sepcifications of the last security policy that were maintain in the user?

Hello Deborah,

When removing the security policy of the user, the system should apply a default one to the user (which possibly is not the one selected as default, but rather the system default policy). However we highly suggest to select one of the security policies available, or create a custom one to supply your requirements.
