Unable to create company addres while creating users (first Time)

Dear Friends,

Server detals: OS WINDOWS 2003 SP2,DATABASE ORACLE 10 I, ERP SAP ECC 6.0 SR3 ,Kernel Rel 700, Supp Pkg.lvl 236 ,BASIS REL. 700 SAPKB70014.

ECC 6.0 SR3 Server installation completed succussfully,But I am Unable

to create company users maintenance at the very first time while

creating user. I have not received any error message while creating

users, but its keep on running and finally came out with runtime error

as ' Time out'. I have tried by increasing rdisp/max_wprun_time = 1500

and SUCOMP but no hope. Kindly help.

Unable to solve by SGEN AND WPRUN time increased.

Finally uninstalled and reinstalled the server

Could you post complete dump, however this was occured till SAPKB70008 (585829), better try searching in service.sap.com/notes, also post as much as dump details.

Thanks for your quick response, Runtime error due to time out, i have increased time up to 1500 sec, but still time out.

What happened?

The program "SAPLSDSD" has exceeded the maximum permitted runtime without

interruption and has therefore been terminated.

Error analysis

After a specific time, the program is terminated to make the work area

available to other users who may be waiting.

This is to prevent a work area being blocked unnecessarily long by, for

example:

- Endless loops (DO, WHILE, ...),

- Database accesses with a large result set

- Database accesses without a suitable index (full table scan)

The maximum runtime of a program is limited by the system profile

parameter "rdisp/max_wprun_time". The current setting is 600 seconds. If this

time limit is

exceeded, the system attempts to cancel any running SQL statement or

signals the ABAP processor to stop the running program. Then the system

waits another 60 seconds maximum. If the program is then still active,

| the work process is restarted.

It is so strange.

It will be helpful to generate all objects by TCODE 'SGEN'.

Dear Chidam,

I think parameter is not set properly as in the dump it is still showing 600 Sec.

So for this issue you can increase the time out value but its better to run SGEN to remove this issue for all other program also.

Changing Profile parameter require restart of SAP.

Did you restart SAP after changing the profile parameter ?

Also run SGEN, if not done so...

Tried in many ways like:

Sgen scheduled for all components and completed

WP RUN Time increased to 1500 sec.

Finally unable to solve this issues.

Since this is a newly installed server, I have un installed and reinstalled the server.
