Default Output type selection in ME23N

Dear all,

I've created one output type for ME23N where another output type NEU exists, and the form is related to scripts,

i've copied the contents of NEU for creating the new output type ZNE1 except the script name which varies,

the prb is by default output type is not picking up, its giving output when specified manually for every record.

The output what i needed is coming after manual entry of output type.

how to make it default along with the existing one.

Pls help me out.

Hi ,

Please check with Funcational consultant to create condition records to make your zne1 as default condition record for your document type.

Hi,

I suggest you to check the NACE t-cod settings again.

Go to transaction NACE.

There select application EF->Puchase Order

Click on output type button.

select 
NEU Purchase order 

right click on processing rountine.

there you can see the form name.

double click on that.

there you can see the place where you can give the smartform name

It may give you any idea..

I've given the Script name still problem is the same, by default my custom output type is not coming,

Have you checked in NACE for EF there will be condition records.

Double click on ZNE1 your customized output type.

And check if there you have specified Purchasing Doc type.

Partner Function,Medium and all.

And also check the Communication (printer related settings) for Doc type.

Actually there will be Functional configuration for every new out put type check with your functional whether entire steps are completed are not.
