Issue with SAP NWBC 3.0

Hello Experts,

I have SAP NWBC 3.0 installed in my windows machine and trying to connect to my ABAP 7.0 , SP 06 system through the URL:

http://full hostname:port/sap/bc/nwbc .

It prompts for the login credentials and upon entering the user/password, it is erroring as below:

The URL http://fullhostname:port/sap/bc/nwbc/TicketIssuer was not called due to an error.

The following error text was processed in the system SID : The NetWeaver Business Client for Desktop is only supported with the NetWeaver 7.02 or 7.20 and further releases.

The error occurred on the application server hostname_SID_sysno and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

I have checked notes 1368177 and 1029940

1029940 says , NWBC 3.0 version standalone for SAP Business All-In-One can run on SAP NetWeaver 7.00 SP21 and SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SP06 .

But I am not sure I have teh NWBC 3.0 v standalone for Business all in one, all I can see from the installed client is 'SAP Netweaver Business Client for Windows , SAP Netweaver Business client FInal Release 3.0 , 3/18/2010'

Please let me know if you have any clue on this.
