applicationwizard in SAP e-Recruiting

Dear guru's

Does the SAP e-Recruiting module provide the flexibility to make use of different customized applicationwizards for different applications or different targetgroups?

If so. It would be very helpfull if someone is able to point out the customizing steps in which this customizing is done.
