Internal Order settlement to Fixed Asset

HI,

When we are trying to settle internal order to an asset we are getting the below error message

Account 'Acquisition:Acquis. and production costs' could not be found for area 01

Message no. AU133

Diagnosis

When creating the accounting document, the system could not find account 'Acquisition:Acquis. and production costs' in depreciation area 01 for company code NZ50.

Procedure

Enter this account in the account determination for Asset Accounting.

We have assigned GL accounts for Balance sheet accounts in AO90 transaction for APC.

We are not able to locate the issue. Could you please help me in finding solution for the same.

Hi,

Further to your mail, please use T.Code: AO90, select depreciation area, click on Account Determination at dialog structure, select account determination, click on display balancesheet accounts, and here do maintain the GL Account appropriatedly.

The above would solve your problem.

Thanks for your reply, we have maintained balance sheet accounts and depreciation accounts in AO90 transaction.But still this error is appearing.

Look if the G/L account is created for that company code

Yes, GL accounts are in place for that company code.

Hi,

In AO90, assign the gl account for the Cost elem. for settlmt AuC to CO objects field with cost element category 1 and try to execute the settlement.
