SAP PO BPM Inbox - User access license cost

Hi All ,

System - Java only SAP PO 7.5 SP 09

Issue : SAP PO BPM Inbox license

We need to allow 3rd party vendors and our internal non-SAP users to access tasks that we have assign to them in SAP PO BPM .

We can provide them with a URL to access their tasks in SAP PO BPM inbox but for this they would need a login to the SAP PO BPM inbox .

Which leads to the question :Do they need a SAP license to access the SAP PO BPM inbox

Theirs task will be to maintain sites in SAP ECC like contact details and for approvals of certain tasks.

Just to clarify .

Theirs task will be to complete forms in the bpm inbox. This information will be used by the data team to maintain sites in SAP ECC like contact details and for approvals / rejection of certain tasks.

For your update, SAP NW BPM also provides you many BPM APIs that you can call from other applications viz. List of Processes, Tasks etc. and can also be used to generate your custom UWL.
