Easy Start Guide in Welcome screen

Does anyone know the correct folder to place the Easy Start Guide?

When I click on the Easy Start Guide option in the Welcome screen, I get a message that states "Help files were not found. Would you like to download them?" When I click the OK button, the mouse pointer changes to an hour glass. But, when I click in the Easy Start Guide option again, I get the same message. I have moved the Easy Start Guide file to several folders in SAP, but with no solution.
