Inspection Lot creation during Backflush - REM

Need to know detail spro setting/ step by step guide for generation of New Inspection Lot during Manual/Automatic Backflushing in Repeatative Manufacturing.

Hi All,

It would be great if any one can share how to resolve Inprocess Inspection in REM environment. Here I am in situation where business wants to create automatic inspection lot periodically or whenever new production version is created.

And if you can forward me some explaination about 3 radio buttons in MFPR as I am not getting F1 help for those buttons.

Let me know if I am not clear about my doubts.

In material master:

Inspection type13 must be active

In MRP view ProdVersion must be maintained & correct.

In customization

The Control key must be configured in such away that it will support the REM.There is no much difference between the REM & discrete control key .Controls like Auto GR etc in OPK4 better to maintain.

In addition to Sujit's inputs - here the inspection lot will not be created automatically. You have to create it manually thru MFPR - where you have multiple options on how you create any inpsection lot for a material/prod. version. Keep in mind, you can not create an inspectipn lot if already an inspection lot is existing for the material/prod.vers.

You can explore the options of running a batch job if you dont want to create inspection lot everytime manually from MFPR.
