SAP C4C Product Integration with SAP ECC Material - Product Category and Product Group

In the C4C material replication request we have product category and product group. So wanted to know which fields in ECC material master are mapped to C4C product category and product group?

In the HCI Iflow mapping, MATKL(Material group in ECC) is mapped to Product category in C4C. However in C4C, product category is a hierarchical structure. So just surprised how does this really work. And then we have default "NORM" mapped to product group code in C4C. Where can I see that product group code in C4C.

And then nothing is mapped to sales product groups (5 fields in C4C in the sales screen ->Products Tab).

Also, in the code list mapping we have something called "CustomerTransactionDocumentItemProcessingTypeDeterminationProductGroupCode". What is this used for and where do we see that?

I have the same question about categories and product groups. Standard integration says you have to integrate those two elements but I can't see the relation. We already integrate C4C products with ECC materials and Category in the product data master is empty (because we don't know what is the correct way to mapp this field) so is you want to save any change on any product you can't because it is mandatory.
