CCO monitor - Erreur 404 with version FP07

When I use the CCO-WAR version FP06 the operation is normal.
If I use the CCO-WAR version FP07, I have a 404 error:
The requested resource is not available.

where do you host your CCOm? Is it the B1i from Business One?
