Hello,
I would like to know how different between Service and Entitlement in SAP ByDesign system behaviour.
For example, if we want to charge customer on equipment rental fee per day, should I use Service or Entitlement?

Dear Toom,
Services are provided as a support to the customers and to help in aiding in customer satisfaction. Entitlement management, Product and Service Portfolio for Field Service and Repair, Customer Care and Field Service and Repair, all these fall under the large bracket of Services.
Entitlements, provide the right to use a service or receive a product at a later date.
Please check the detailed documentations, available for Services and Entitlements. Namely, Service, Entitlements and Entitlements Quick Guide. These are accessible from the Help Center in your ByDesign system. There are examples provided as well, which will help you in relating with your scenario.
