I'm trying to update the customer master using MASS. It appears I have mapped everything properly. But I'm still getting an error message.
Not sure how to resolve.

messege tells you that you haven't assigned key fields of the table KNB1.
From the screenshot I can see that you've only input customer number. You also need to provide company code for very line as this is key field.

I added the company code and that appear to work. However when I ran it and received green light, nothing changed in the customer master. I only sent screen shot of one of the customer. I checked them all. None were updated with the new email address.
Any idea why?
