Deleting a purchasing organization

Dear all,

I would like to merge a purchasing organization 2130 into the purchasing organization 2110. I can directly go to IMG, Entreprise Structure / Definition / Materials Management / Maintain Purchasing Organizations and delete the purchasing organization 2130.

But I am afraid of deleting existing data related to 2130.

Can you please tell me what should be done before deleting the purchasing organization?

I was thinking of :

- maintainance of the master data

- changing purchase info records

....etc
