I've worked with some utilitiy businesses and the new GL (SAP has a separate FERC solution), the new GL parallel ledger should be able to meet the FERC requirements. It is when consolidating in BCS or ECCS that any equity pick-up be eliminated for the entities that are considered controlled to the point where they are accounted for using the purchase method.
