Text Box in BP Maintenance Screen not saving new texts under any Biz Role.

PLEASE HELP!!! In CRM 7.0 Web UI, we are not able to save any texts when creating a new contact or account. We have tried using different profiles eg. SALEs, Channel Manager, etc.. still no luck... PLEASE HELP

Hi,

Did you check in Config for Object: BUT000, if there are any text types assigned? If they are assigned, double click on the text types to check if the field 'Changes' has a blank value, which indicates 'Edit".

SPRO-> IMG -> Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Text Management -> Define Text Determination Procedure

Hello Ramesh,

Thanks again for the response. The inability to edit and create text types for contacts and accounts in CRM 7.0 Web UI was due to missing authorization profiles. They have been added and now i can maintain text types.
