Contract creation for contingency & tolerance

• 1.How does the contingency / emergency amount is catered in a contract with document type : WK ?

i.e. RM1,000,000.00 had been approved for a project. On top of this, 10% is grant for contingency / emergency purpose.

• How can we cater this in a contract with document type : WK - tolerance during contract release order creation

Hi Krishnavani Kuppusamy,

l hope you are well.

In a contract , if you have contract out of "W" item category , you can manage tolerances with value limit there.

When you create it , you describe unit prices and quantities .

You can turn your warninig message about limit in contract to error message if you desire.
