Error Installing Netweaver CE 7.1 SR5 Developer Edition

Hi,

i'm trying to install SAP Netweaver CE 7.1 SR 5 on Windows 7 (x86).

But everytime it fails on Step 29 - Installing Java Engine.

I also installed the MS Loopback adapter, but this made no difference.

I tried to install on Windows 7 english version, ( but i would prefer to run it on a german version) but no difference.

- or is it not possible at all to install NW CE 7.1 on Win7 ?

The logs does not give a hint to me, and looking at sdn did not give the answer.

So, if somebody has an idea what i could try, pls let me know.
