Need Listed Substance in EHSM

Currently there are no Listed substance in our system which is having EHSM 5.0. we have Incident Management that is already live and planning to use risk assessment and chemical approval process.

How to bring the listed substance to the EHSM in the standard system, our system is also not having any substance master data at present.

Hello Praveen,

first of all the recommendation it to switch to EHSM 6.0 and not using the 5.0 version. While your basis team is adding the AddOn EHSM 600 level 0006; they must also install the AddOn component EHSMREGC 100 level 0004. The latter one contains around 300.000 BOPF or EHSM listed substances; however, they are not to be mixed up with the listed substances (specification type LIST_SUB in transaction CG02) in specification database (those you get by a content provider).

If you plan to use Product Compliance module, make sure that these BOPF listed substances are linked to pure substances (specification type PURE_SUB) in specification database.

Hello

if you have started with EHS classic: then there are some "migration reports". If you have an "empty" system: you need to think about;: what do you need, what data etc. But "Listed Substance data" is "Master data" and not part of a SAP software (only part of e.g. content which you can buy).

Before you start a SAP projject normally it is asked the question: what master data do i need? and there can i get it? So honestly: It is "strange" thta you just set up the software without dealing the question regarding "master data set up".

There are not many similar threads here. One threads deal with a different topic (https://answers.sap.com/questions/459650/mass-deletion-function-for-listed-substances-in-eh.html)

May be;: https://help.sap.com/doc/c0fbcee88f99416a9b1b61b5415c493f/6.0/en-US/PDF-MAS-GUIDE-EHSM-6.0-EN.pdf might help
