Bug with paste using FireFox

Very anointing:

Before paste:

After paste (using any method to paste: Ctrl+V, Shft+Ins, Right button menu):

CR is inserted before and after pasted text.

.

.

I have to edit this bug report due to the fact that my other bug report was actually deleted (redirected to this one): https://answers.sap.com/questions/68104/unable-to-insert-pictures-in-the-comment.html

Another bug is that it's not possible to simply paste an image into the question/answer or comment!

If you paste the image, it will be shown in the question/answer/comment box, but after saving it will disappear!

The only way now is to save image as file locally and upload it using "Insert Image" button. It's a wrong way of doing things! In past it was possible to simply use <ctrl>-<c> to paste the screenshot image without temporary file!

Hi, Vadim:

Per our discussion at https://answers.sap.com/questions/80033/you-have-to-prepare-answers-in-notepad.htm, I'm sharing with our Q&A lead.

Best regards,

Just tested with Firefox ESR 60.4.0 - issue is still here.

The bug is present when you create or edit question, answer for the question, comment for question/answer!

Currently I have found a new bug on paste with Firefox. If you paste something in the empty answer box then extra empty line will be inserted like:

Understood and IT is working on the issue, I just had a call with them an hour ago and we raised this as a high priority item that needs to be addressed. Thank you for the patience.

OK, now the new bug (extra line on insert in empty answer box) is gone! But the original bug when you paste something in the middle of string or at the end of the string is still here!
