Dear
In MB1A transaction go to the menu Goods issue --> Cancel with reference --> To Order . System will show the pop-up, enter your order number and do the GI reversal.

use MBst its simple
Try in MBST or MIGO -Cancel Documents .

In MB1A itself put movement type 261 with reference to Prd order & save the document
or you can do via MIGO also
if backflush is activated then cancle the confirmation in CO13
