How to approve other requests in STMS_QA

Hi All,

I will approve my request numbers to transport to Production from transaction STMS_QA in Quality system by choosing approval step and then clickikng on APPROVE.

But I want to approve my colleague requests from STMS_QA in Quality system. How can I approve the other requests. Please suggest.

Why do you want approve your colleague requests in Quality system .? why not your colleague itself?

Thanks Sri,

I got the answer. My colleague is on vacation and he requested me to approve the request in STMS_QA to import to PR2 as we have a monthly schedule job runs once in a month to import to PRD.

I clicked on Approval step in STMS_QA and I noticed there is a option to change the owner of the request and changed that to my colleague ID and approved.
