Pick list should not be printed if my Warehouse stock is Zero

Dear Experts

I have a scenario where there is no Inventory Exists in My warehouse

However, Picklist is automatically printed for an outbound delivery

Can you please advice me if I can configure such a way that pick list wont be printed if my Warehouse stock is Zero?
