Hi Experts,
We have a requirement to extract a report on vacency details of the organisation.
The details we require are
A.positions vacant
B.Experience required to fill the position
C.Skills required to fill the position
D.Country..where vacency is avialble
E.Vacency Status
Kindly advice me the possibille ways to extract the extract the details.

The vacant position list can be retrived using the standard report -
Program name RHVOPOS0, Transaction Code S_AHR_61016509
Skills required for the positions can be extracted using the Profile match up report -
Program name SAPLRHPP, Transaction Code PEPM.
The functional modules which retrives the information in the backend can be used to build a report.

As far as I know, there is no single standard report comprising of all these info.
You can get vacancy related info from HRP1007 table (including status, etc.).
For skills needed you need to read from HRP1001 the relationships between S and Q objects where rELAT is A and RSIGN is 031.
