Monthly IncomeTax Excemption

Hi,

I have a requirement from a cleint wherein they want me to provide a report on excemption considered for a month for following

1. HRA

2. Medical

3. LTA

4. Conveyance.

Is there any standard report for this ? / could any body tell me how do I get this data ( wagetype)?

Dear Deepak,

The exemptions are stored in /4E Wagetype series... viz.

/4E1 CEA Annual Exemption

/4E2 CHA Annual Exemption

/4E3 Conveyance Annual Exempt

/4E4 HRA Annual Exemption

/4E5 LTA Annual Exemption

/4E6 Voluntary Ret. Exemption

/4E7 Leave Salary Exemption

/4E8 Gratuity Cont. Exemption

/4EN NE Tax Exemption

Apart from that, you will get the following two wagetypes...

/132 Monthly Exemptions

/133 Annual Exemptions

Hi ,

You can use pay register/ wagetype reporter for the same.

For getting the wagetypes for said things, user Tcode SM30-> V_512w_o.

Hi Deepak,

You can have the particular wages details by pc00_M99_CWTR

Here u have to mention the respective month dates and payroll area and ur needed wagetypes.

Otherwise also u can have it from pc00_m40_ann also.
