Information Platform Services 4.2 SP6 embedded key doesn't work!

Hi all,

When I try to install IPS 4.2 SP6, (full installation), the product key is not valid.. I think you know, product key embedded in IPS. Just click InstallIPS.exe and embedded key is there. But you see. There is a bug or big mistake from SAP!

Thank you for providing the screenshot of the error message.
Unfortunately, if the key is not valid it will not be accepted, but no IPS license key that can be requested on SAP Service Marketplace and a Data Services License Key will not work.
The accepted workaround for this error is to use the imbedded key during the installation. More information can be found in the following KBA
