You can use the ABAP dump analysis transaction ST22 to view and manage

termination messages, in particular for long term reference.

How to correct the error

Database error text........: "ORA-00607: Internal error occurred while making a

change to a data block#ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4194],

[21], [21], [], [], [], [], []"

Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/DELE/PAT03 ]"

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

I saw the sap note, it says to apply oracle patch but in my system i already applied oracle patch at the time of installation, do i need apply another pacth ? please help me
