Receiver JDBC Adapter Issue (AS400 database)

hello Team,

We have a strange issue with JDBC receiver adapter connecting to AS400 database. The message status is in "delivering" status in SAP PO , but the data is already getting inserted to AS400 DB table.

As the messages are in delivering status , we had to restart the server node again and again.

We have tried all the options in JDBC receiver adapter

1)Pool Waiting time 2) incresing concurrency 3)Disconnect from database after processing each message , but nothing is working out.

Any help to resolve this issue from you will be appreciated

Hi Sirisha,

May be the records are inserting one by one into DB Before restarting have you checked whether all the records in PI matched with records in DB or still is in process just ensure.

Also,what could be size of that message which is going to delivering status and make sure the count of records that are present in PI message that should be in match the records which are inserted in DB

1) If is the size of message is low and also there are other JDBC channels which are working fine then Performance at DB table can be optimized you can check with DB team based how long it is taking time to insert the complete records into DB.

Thanks for responding.

There was issue with the trigger logic at database end.DB team has changed it. The messages are processing fine now.
