Control budgets through IM

Hi all,

I'm using investment management through internal Orders

I'm giving Overall and year wise budget values differently in IM32

for e.g overall 100000 and for 2010 40000, for 2011 60000

when i posting the document it is controlling Overall budget value i.e if posted value is more than 100000 then it is giving error message as per my settings but it is not controlling year wise i.e for 40000

my question is there any settings to be made to get the year wise budget control instead of Overall budget control.

for overall budget value there is no problem for getting controls but i need year wise control

Hi all,

control is from Order type

need to deselect Overall check box if Annual budget is to be controlled

if we select overall check box then it will controlled only overall figures

Hi,

While creating Investment Management Definition by using IM01, tick mark the check box - Budget distribution annuall.

Then you will have annual budget control.

In your case, if investment program is already created, used IM02 - tick mark the check box - Budget distribution annuall

Your problem will be solved.
