Dear colleagues,
The process of RFQ is as following: RFQ -> Quotation maintenance (price) -> Quotation comparison
There could be multiple negotiations with the vendor, so after the first negotiation the vendor would send the quotation which user will maintain in ME49.
After this the user may have more negotiations with the vendor, where the price could be less, which the user will maintain in ME49 (Change quotation).
Now user wants that in system he/she should be able to see history of quotation prices maintained for a RFQ.
Normally SAP suggests that in system only the final negotiated price should be maintained. But in order to keep tracking of price negotiations we need such scenario.
Is there any way or is there any standard report, which will fulfill this requirement?
Kind regards
Metin

Hi,
In ME47 select the quatation number enter Go to Header in the menu bar> select the statistics> changes.
There you can find the changes.

In that case what is the purpose of using SAP RFQ process if u201Cstandard SAPu201D only supports final bid. Real life is different than this so called standard SAP logic and this is a very basic requirement.
By the way I have one more question. Suppose an RFQ is approved, letu2019s say number 10, within a set of RFQsu2019. When a new bid is made for another RFQ which has fewer prices than the approved one, RFQ release is not reset.
Is there any way to achieve this requirement?

Well in standard SAP there is nothing like this only the final will be there but you can go on the top of the screen and see header and Item under that statistics button with general and changes you can click the changes and see the changes.
i feel you should contact your ABAP team and try to odevelop a customized report to see the changes you did in maintenance of one RFQ.
