Physical sample relese

Hello SAP gurus.

I am using sample drawing procedure for inspection for SPD manually confirmation indicator set means after lot relese i have to do relese sample through QPR4 then only result recording possible but for one lot result recording done without physical sample relese how this happen please suggest what may be causes?

Hi,

Please check your sampling drawing procedur where you will find 1 check box confirmation required if you set this then system will ask u to released physical sample .If u not set this indicator then ststem will allowe u to without release physical sample.

so in your case please check sampling drawing procedure you may have not set thios indicator.

Hi,

In QPR4 put this physical sample number & see who has released sample.

May be some one has released.it.

In standard actualy it should not happen once you set indicator confirmation required.
