How to Reduce Backup File Size

I have daily 14Gb file size backup. So how to reduce the file size ?

please give us more details about your system.

HANA or SQL ...sorry, we only have SQL, so for HANA i am not your man 😉
If SQL, you can check the Database properties: Recovery: Full or Simple Mode
Do you have a shrink-job after the backup ?
