Reason for action in Standard Payslip.

Hi Experts,

I am Configuring SAP Standard Payslip and have one requirement.

Where, Client wants to display Reason for action in Standard Payslip. So, I have done some basic configuration in PE51. Which is given below:

Step-1: Added Single Field value as per below screenshot:

But Still not showing reason for actions text in payslip.

Please suggest any solution for that.

In the Print Options, have you tried to modify the "Conversion" parameter so that there would be none (and get the Reason Code to appear)?

For Payroll India, in Table WPBP of the the employee's Payroll Results Cluster, can you see the text of the Reason for Action?
