package quantity on picking list, packing list, bill of lading

Hi Gurus,

i have an issue on picking list, packing list and bill of lading.

i explain it.

when the documents are printed on it it does not appear the quantity for the package. it is 0.

the issue is not on all the order but only on certain.

i don't know where to check because it seems that the order are correct.

the only thing that all the wrong order have is the batch number. where i can check the info about the batch number?

i checked msc3n but there are no info about weight or something else.

in master data all is maintained correctly.

can you please give me some advice?
