Unable to connect DTW to server

Hi All,

I am unable to conncet to DTW to server from a client system. I am using SAP B1 8.8

When I tried connceting I got the following Error Message:

Unable to conncet

Error Code:100000048

No SAP licenses

Please do the needfull.
