Unable to connect DTW to server

Hi All,

I am unable to conncet to DTW to server from a client system. I am using SAP B1 8.8

When I tried connceting I got the following Error Message:

Unable to conncet

Error Code:100000048

No SAP licenses

Please do the needfull.

are u facing this problem for one user or for all user and also please check if u have authorised the addon licence to the suer code or not from administration-licence administration -sap addons

Hi All,

There are two reasons for not connecting

1. User License is not authorised for Add Ons

2. Fire wall problem
