Purchasing group not displayed

Hi experts,

In the PO there is no option to enter the purchasing group in "Org.Data" screen. But system gives an error message as "Enter Purch Group". Can anyone help how to get it displayed.

Please check the field status of purchase group filed in SPRO.

It must be hidden, change it to mandatory.

laxminath the purchase group is display or hidden

if it is display you can change option entry

using below path

spro->materialmanagement->purchasing->purchaseorder->define screen layout document level->NBF

GO TO detail

administrative data,header

purchasing group change display to option entry
