Missing Data in Generated Report?

Hi we have generated a report through InfoView, problem is when we open the generated excel file there is one missing data but when checked the raw data it is available in the database? I am still a newbie when it comes to BO, I was hoping someone can help me what needs to be done or check to know the root of this problem?

How is your data coming over. Is it through a Universe to Webi? Do you have a Webi report you can look at and is there data in the object there

Yes. This is actually getting the subscribers statistics in a country. To our generated report we are getting data to which network and city and it is itemized into a table and so as graph that goes with it. Other data was there its just that there's this particular data that is missing. When we checked the raw data it is available, only when the report was created it is not included. I was hoping you could help me traceback or maybe there's something we missed why that data is being disregarded? Thanks!

Hi Bongalegre,

When you say "Yes" I assume you mean yes to the data coming over through a Universe to Webi. And you also mean that you have looked at the Webi version of the report and it shows the data you are looking for?

If so, there may be a problem with that field or column coming over to Excel. If you are not getting an error it should be exporting to Excel. But it could be hidden in some way - Excel treats the columns and rows differently from Webi, so you have check each column and row to see what is there.
