C4C Which type_code is used for migration appointment notes using the data workbench

Hi,

I want to migrate appointment activities including notes using the data workbench. I selected [complete business object] and downloaded [Appointment], which includes the template for the Appointment and the Appointment_Notes. The appointment is nicely migratied into C4C. The notes however are not migrated. I tried type_code 10002 and 1783 (actvity) for the text, but unfortunately the notes are not migrated.

In the meanwhile i have a temporarily work around and updated my migrated actvities with notes using the [Individual object] - Appointment Notes, but this is not ideal for my upcoming migration on production.

Solved!

The type code that needs to be used is teh 10002 as mentioned in the CodeList_Type_Code. The list shown in the workbench is different and therefore confusing.

Also the external keys needs to be ok. The External_Key in the appointment.csv corresponds with the Appointment_External_ID in the appointments_notes.csv
