Data transfer from SAP to Other ERP system

Hi All,

Situation: We have to transfer vendor data's from SAP to another ERP. Data Amount is huge i.e more than 10 years data...

Im looking for some ways to update these data's apart from Batch job programs..

Is it possible... if you have any ideas please share.
