Make STO with HU

Hello,

I'm tring to use TCode ME21N to make a STO from a storage location that is HU managed and always get a message that there is not enough stock, although the HU exists with the same data (mount of cartons and the same weight), I'm using the PO type of ZCMP.

Can anyone help me with that ? Where and How can I customize such process ?
